A Little Nerd Told Me

OK this is the first post of my new blog "Let's Talk About It". I have been wanting to do a blog where I review different things that I come in contact with throughout my everyday comings and goings for a long time now. Since I have been sick for the last few days, it gave me a chance to get this set up. I hope you like my reviews, and come back often to see what is going here, and don't forget to follow this blog, and tell your friends.

A Little Nerd Told Me 

A friend of mine told me about a new podcast a few months ago, and I wanted to check it out, but being an old fart, of course I forgot about it before I got home. I then say that same friend post on twitter that she was going to be a guest host on that same podcast, so I had to go take a listen. 

A Little Nerd Told Me is hosted by Weeb L. Wabill and Trenh D who come off as if they have known each other their entire lives. The chemistry between the host makes listening to this podcast very easy. While listening I felt like I was in the room with them, and we were all just hanging out, and shooting the breeze. These guys may be  new to podcasting, but they  have the formula down like seasoned pros. From what I could tell Weeb L seems to be the lead, and Trenh D is sort what I would call the color man. No matter who is on the mic at any given time, the Nerd Birds as they call their fans, are being entertained.

I know these guys only have three shows under their belts, but I think they deserve a listen. I am sure you will be hitting that Facebook like link, and subscribing to them on Itunes. just as I did after hearing just one episode.

I really like the format of the show. The host keep things like and airy, and on topic. The episode that I listened to included an interview with erotic model Lizzy Kaelar.  (You can read my interview with Lizzy Here). The guys asked very good questions of Ms Kaelar, and made her a part of the show. 

What is the podcast about you may ask. Well I think the title tells it all. A Little Nerd Told Me is about all things geeky. Some may say geek is a bad word. Same for Nerd, but If being a geek or a nerd meas being this cool than I want to join that clan. The show features Nerd News, Game Talk, And a Soapbox rant. The episode that I listened to ran for about 45 minutes, and seem to move along at a very good pace. Be fair warned this is true nerd talk. I found myself lost in the conversation a few times, but nothing google could not fix. The show is rated in my option PG. There are a few choice words, but nothing you have not heard on HBO or Showtime. Hell, ABC for that matter.

If you are looking for a good informative podcast with a few laughs, than A Little Nerd Told Me is for you. I say give them a try you will not be disappointed.
